With the recruitment of Phil Ainley, our art director who has 12 years’ experience in the creative industry, and Gareth Platt, an Oxford graduate who has edited on magazines across Manchester, we have shown our commitment to bring dynamism and blue-skies thinking to the ROMA studio. Phil and Gareth bring creativity, dynamism, determination and nous to our team, and I’m confident their appointments will give us the edge over our competition.

As we approach our tenth birthday, it’s time for ROMA to come of age... time to cement our position as a leading publisher in Greater Manchester and start making headlines as well as writing them. With the launch of the new studio, I am confident we can achieve these objectives and prove once again that publishing firms can thrive outside the city centre.
